The only mechanical issue that remains is a need for a longer throttle cable.

I have pressurized the system (by hooking the pump up to an external battery) to 
check for leaks and purge the air out of the filter and fuel lines.

All hoses and vacuum lines are connected.

I wrapped up the wiring harness for the car tonight, after having removed lots 
of dead wires, and will probably mount it tomorrow. The engine harness has been 
finished and connected for a while.
