De Tomaso meeting in Italy!

DE TOMASO AT CORTINA D'AMPEZZO
     
     
To make peace among those who say that the third millenium started last year and
those who claim it began this year, De Tomaso doubles its usual biennial meeting
and after the 2000 edition of Biponte Rally, it arranges another meeting to be 
held in Italy in the marvellous surroundings of Cortina d'Ampezzo from next June
21st to 25th.
     
The objective is evidently much easier: to entertain all the sprightly "ladies" 
which came out from De Tomaso's factory in 42 years, as well as their most 
devoted partners, their owner, who too often bring them about alone. And those 
ladies never meet their chassis companions.
     
Touched by this emergency of feeling, De Tomaso Club Italia and De Tomaso 
Company got busy and managed to organized a rally for pleasing vehicles above 
all.
     
During those four days De Tomaso's enthusiasts will have the opportunity to take
part in six reliability stages of a tour in Carnia. Awards will be assigned to 
the three best ranking of each stage and a final ranking will be drawn among 
them.
     
But being reliable won't be enough. Good results in a slalom and a uphill speed 
trial will be requested as well.
     
Rumors confirm that the "ladies" in their bonnets very much appreciated this 
plan.
That's for them that you, dear owner, can't miss this event, since however much 
you love your De Tomasos, they feel lonely if they do not meet their childhood 
mates.
     
Maurizio Bondioli really did things in a big way.
     
Together with Copenhagen rally last year, De Tomaso's third millenium began in 
grand style.

the price is Euro 480 per person.
