Internationellt möte i Frankrike 2002

Inom kort kommer det en skriftlig inbjudan till alla medlemmar men är kommer
i alla fall den engelska varianten.

För deltagare från Norden så kommer en extra dag att läggas till. Vi åker
till Blankenheim i Tyskland där vi har en gemensam övernattning i en trevlig
miljö. Inom ett par dagar kommer även mer information att finnas
tillgängligt via hemsidan.

Dear DeTomaso friends:

Invitation to 2002 International DeTomaso meeting, Reunion De Bourgogne.
27 June - 1 July, Semur en Auxois, France.

The Swedish DeTomaso Club organizes the meeting.

We are limited to 86 persons in 43 double rooms. We sign up people after the
date of the advance payment. Persons who will drive their DeTomaso to the
event will get priority.

We will stay in the heart of Bourgogne, the land of the best cuisine and
wine. Our hotel, Hostellerie D'ussois in Semur en Auxois, is newly built
with a view over the historic old town. It has three stoves in Logis de
France classification (maximum points).


Program:

27 June 2002, Thursday
Optional night with supper at the hotel for those who can't be on time for
the next day. The Swedish group will arrive on Thursday after spending
Wednesday night in Blankenheim, Germany.

28 June 2002, Friday,
12.00   The event officially starts. Information and maps distributed.
12.30   First meal together - lunch at the hotel.
13.30   Departure to the racing circuit Pouilly en Auxois where we drive a
few laps together before individual timed laps. Helmet, gloves and cotton
clothes  mandatory.
20.00   Dinner at the hotel prize presentation.

29 June 2002, Saturday
08.00   Breakfast.
09.00   Departure for Sauvigny le Bois, a beautiful castle with a car
collection. We will have a light lunch at the castle.
15.00   We visit the town of Semur en Auxois. We will make a tour of the old
city and have a reception with the mayor during the time our cars are on
exhibit in main street.
20.00   Dinner at the hotel - prize for most beautiful car.

30 June 2002, Sunday
08.00   Breakfast.
09.00   Departure to visit the famous wine castle Chateau de Pommard.
Afterwards we drive to the town of Mersault (10 minute drive) and have lunch
(paid individually). Then we drive north to Chateau de Savigny le Beaune
for a visit to the castle museum of fighter planes, 500 motorcycles and
Abarth racing cars. The castle will also provide us with a DeTomaso wine.
20.00   Gala dinner - with special prizes.

1 July 2002, Monday
09.00   Breakfast, end of meeting.


Registration:

The total price for four nights is 320 Euro per person. For the three night
alternative, 260 Euro. Included in the price are three or four nights at the
hotel in double rooms, three or four breakfasts, three or four dinners, one
lunch, welcome drinks, three entrance fees, fee for circuit, prizes.

Pay 80 Euro per person in registration fee to our bank account before 1
January 2002.

You can also order a special T-shirt for 16 Euro. State your size during
registration and add corresponding amount.
